By accessing or using Brahmaa's products, services, or website (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Brahmaa Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. provides autonomous AI agent systems for business operations, including but not limited to:

• Hansa — AI-powered recruitment lifecycle management
• Chitralekha — AI creative and marketing automation (coming soon)
• Vajra — AI enterprise workflow automation (coming soon)
• Varuna — AI operations and reporting (coming soon)

Services are provided on a subscription or usage-based basis as agreed at the time of purchase.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use the Services to send spam, phishing attempts, or harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission

All content, software, algorithms, and AI models within the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Brahmaa Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.

Data processed by Brahmaa agents on your behalf remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your business data or content.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and consents for any personal data you provide to or process through our Services.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on the applicable billing cycle. Credit-based plans are non-refundable once consumed. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue accounts with 7 days' notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brahmaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any matter related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Brahmaa may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and data may be deleted per our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
