At Brahmaa AI, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our AI-powered services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team at hi@brahmaa.ai.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscribed services until the current cycle ends.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial use of our services within a billing period.

2. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly plans once a payment has been processed. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
  • Annual Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for annual plans once a payment has been processed. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
  • Custom Plans or Enterprise Solutions: Refunds for custom or enterprise contracts are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.

3. Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, no charges will be made until the trial period ends. After the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Exceptional Cases

We understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe you have a special case for a refund (e.g., technical issues or unauthorised charges), please contact our team at hi@brahmaa.ai within 7 days of the issue, and we'll do our best to resolve it fairly.
